1.1 Our Site is operated by Agrimetrics Ltd (‘We’, ‘Us’, ‘Our’). Our registered address is Reading Enterprise Centre, University of Reading, Whiteknights Road, Reading, RG6 6BU.

2. Use of our site
2.1 These Terms apply to all users of our Site. We restrict access to certain areas of our Site to users who have created an account with us. Separate Terms & Conditions, which take precedence over these Terms, apply to users who have created an account.
2.2 By using our Site you agree to be legally bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you should not use our Site.
2.3 These Terms refer to the following additional Terms, which also apply to your use of our Site:

3.1 We may amend these Terms from time to time by updating them on the Site. Please check these Terms to make sure you understand the Terms that apply each and every time you wish to use our Site. Your continued use of our Site after changes are posted means you agree to be legally bound by these Terms as updated.

4.1 We may from time to time change the content of our Site or suspend or discontinue any aspect of it, which may include your access to it and may update these Terms at any time. We do not need to give you any notice beforehand but will update you where reasonable to do so.
4.2 If you carry on using our Site after we make changes to the Terms, it means you have agreed to them. The new version of the Terms will replace the old version.
5. Your obligations and acceptable use
5.1 You accept that you are solely responsible for ensuring that your computer meets all relevant technical specifications necessary to use the Site and that your computer is compatible with the Site.
5.2 You must not misuse our system or this Site. You must not attempt to gain unauthorised access to our Site, circumvent security, or otherwise disrupt the operation of our system and our Site. This includes introducing viruses, trojans, worms, logic bombs or other material which is or could be malicious or technologically harmful. 5.3 Any forms or emails you submit must be a genuine enquiry. You must not upload or submit material or content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, defamatory, obscene, infringing, harassing or racially or ethnically offensive; facilitates illegal activity; depicts sexually explicit images; promotes unlawful violence; is discriminatory based on race, gender, colour, religious belief, sexual orientation, disability; or is otherwise illegal or causes damage or injury to any person or property.
5.4 You must not use or attempt to use any automated programme (including, without limitation, any spider or other web crawler) to access our system or this Site. You must not use any scraping technology on the Site. Any such use or attempted use of an automated programme shall be a misuse of our system and this Site.
6. Site Availability
6.1 We do not guarantee that our Site or any content on it will always be available or be uninterrupted. We may suspend or withdraw or restrict the availability of all or any part of our Site for business and operational reasons. We will try to give you reasonable notice of any suspension or withdrawal.
7. Intellectual property
7.1 You acknowledge and agree that Agrimetrics or its licensors own all intellectual property rights in the Site, this includes all images, text, videos and any other content you might see.
7.2 You must not use any part of the content on our Site for commercial purposes without our permission.
7.3 If you do not follow these Terms then we have the right to require you to return or destroy any copies of the content you have created or made.
7.4If we grant you permission to use any content on our Site then you must acknowledge our status (and that of any identified contributors) as the authors of material on our Site.
8. Our liability
8.1 We take reasonable steps to ensure the content on our Site is accurate but it is provided without any guarantees, conditions or warranties as to its accuracy. Use of or reliance on any content displayed on our Site is at your own risk.
8.2 We cannot guarantee that our Website will be secure or free from bugs or viruses. You are responsible for ensuring you have virus protection software. Whether you are an individual consumer or a business user we do not exclude or limit in any way our liability to you where it would be unlawful to do so. This includes liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence or the negligence of our employees, agents or subcontractors and for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.
8.3 If we do not follow these Terms, then we’ll be responsible for the part of any foreseeable loss or damage that you suffered that was caused by us. In addition, even if we do not follow these Terms, we will not be responsible for any loss or damage that is not foreseeable. When we say “foreseeable”, we mean that:
8.3.1 it was obvious that it would happen; or
8.3.2 at the time we made this agreement, we and you both knew that it might happen.
9. Linking to our Site
9.1 You may link to our home page, provided you do so in a way that is fair and legal and does not damage or infringe our intellectual property or reputation or take advantage of it.
9.2 You may not establish a link in such a way as to suggest or imply any form of association, approval or endorsement on our part where none exists.

10.1 Our Sites contain links to other sites and resources provided by third parties. These links are provided for your information only. Unless otherwise stated, we have no control over the contents of those sites or resources, and we accept no responsibility for them or for any loss or damage that may arise from your use of them.
11. Transferring these Terms
11.1 In the future, we might transfer the rights and obligations we have under these Terms to another company, provided it does not materially affect your rights.
11.2 You cannot transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms to anybody else. This is because these Terms are personal to you — and nobody else is entitled to benefit from them.
12. Jurisdiction and governing law
12.1 These Terms are governed by English law and the English courts will have jurisdiction over any claim.
